When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days. If you need a faster shipping timeline, please send an email and I’d be happy to offer shipping upgrade options.
Do you accept returns?
I do not *officially* accept returns. However, I truly want you to be happy with your artwork! Please send an email with your concerns and I’d love to discuss options together.
What shipping methods do you use?
Larger heavy works ship FedEx or UPS ground. Smaller works ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Books ship USPS media mail. As I mentioned above, if you need a faster delivery or prefer a specific service, just send an email and let me know.
I live outside the US. Do you offer international shipping?
I do, though it’s best to contact me about which item you’re interested in and where you’re located so I can provide you with a quote. A reminder that there may be import duties, taxes, and fees owed upon receiving your item that vary depending on your country.
What about framing?
I can organize framing through the superb Simply Framed service for any original piece or print. Reach out for more details.
I’m purchasing something as a gift. Can you include a note?
Yes, of course! Either send an email or include your message in the Order Notes section during checkout. I will make sure it’s packaged extra nicely š
There’s a specific work in your portfolio that I absolutely love, but I don’t see it in your shop!
I try my best to keep my shop up to date with all current works for sale. If you don’t see an original piece listed, it has most likely already sold. If you’d like to double check, feel free to send over an email. The “Prints” section of my shop remains intentionally small and curated, but if there’s a specific piece you’re interested in having a print of, let me know and I’d be happy to create one for you.
I can’t afford to pay the total cost up front. Are there payment plan options?
Yes! I partner with Afterpay so you can receive your artwork immediately and pay in four installments, interest-free. Just choose Afterpay at checkout for your payment method.
How can I be notified when you add new works to your shop?
Easy – just sign up on my Mailing List here!
Do you ever offer sales or discounts?
Yes, I occasionally offer both. Those within my Patreon circle permanently receive a 20% discount in my shop. Find out more about Patreon – an artist subscription platform – here.
Do you offer commissions?
Yes! If you’re interested in a Rememory Collage, you can order directly through the product listing. Otherwise, I’m open to any ideas or visions you may have. Please fill out this enquiry form here. Commissions are a joy – I look forward to creating something unique for you and your home!
Is your packaging sustainable?
Iām trying my best to be thoughtful about our earth, but I can still do better. The following items are all currently eco-friendly (I’m still working on a bubble mailer and bubble wrap alternative!)
